Add option to set max charging current when creating a schedule. (Minimum 7A)

In Sweden, all grid owners are starting to introduce a new pricing model that is based on a fee for the three highest power peaks of the month. Between 10 pm and 6 am, the cost of these power peaks is halved. This is a simple and good solution for the user to protect themselves against these fees when charging the car.
