Add charger and load balancer names in the listviews "Product/Chargers" and "Products/Load Balancer" in partner portal. Identifying a specific device by serial number is a bit awkward. We have given all our devices meaningful names in the Position Name/Name fields for quick identification but that doesn't help much if the name fields are not present in the listviews, And why not add a sort feature in the list views, especially needed since the present sort order seems a bit randomized

To combat Tesla charging stations, it is worth considering introducing a system that only allows charging to begin when a specific vehicle is connected to the charging station.

The Support Eventlist in the Partner Portal can be long and full with recorded events. However without the possiblity to see a timestamp, when this event (that might be a critical error) occurs, it will be hard to connect this to a known event to analyze and determine the cause.

Assumption: The station stores the last 30 days’ worth of charging sessions initiated via an RFID card, the vehicle’s VIN or the user’s app. This data is stored locally on the station rather than in the cloud, enabling a charging report to be downloaded as a PDF file via Bluetooth. This will allow for wider deployment of the stations in locations where there is no possibility of connecting to the internet or where the costs are too high in relation to profitability.

Change default access level to; No restrictions. We have a lot of installers/electricians measuring/testing Edge calling us saying there is no power from Edge to get values. Better if owner/customer can change to access level if they want.

Would love to see a graph of the current (24h) spot prices for user in the app.

We would like to have a log where you could se, online/offline historically.

As an installer i would like to see signal strength for 4G, Wi-Fi and radio in Partner app. This will help to ensure functionality during installation and if to select cloud or local balancing and if Wi-Fi needs to improve for Zen.
