NexBlue Zen cant start up

My smart meter wont start when power only comes from the han port. It works fine with external power source. Specs for the han port is 5V 250mA.
Should the han port be abel to power the smart meter?

Hi Lars,
It is possible that the power available from the HAN port is not sufficient to reliably power the Zen.
If there is an available power socket inside or near the meter cabinet, we recommend powering the Zen separately through its USB-C port using an external power supply.

The external is charger for mobile phone connected to the USB C port.
