We’re excited to introduce Partner Portal V1.3.1, bringing major upgrades to pre-configuration and smarter load balancing diagnostics. Let’s dive in!
🏗️ Next-Level Pre-Configuration
Build sites your way—faster and smarter!
Our pre-configuration feature has been fully upgraded to support all charger types and both SDU and MDU scenarios.
Visually create multi-level complex sites or simple single-level setups
Remotely create empty locations—no chargers required upfront
Once confirmed, pre-configurations become real locations instantly
Chargers appear in the list with a “Pre-configured” status until they go online
We’ve also simplified the process:
👉 Confirmation now happens at the location level, reducing repetitive charger-by-charger actions
⚠️ Please note:
The P2
 charger can normally be installed in both SDU and MDU scenarios. However, during pre-configuration, it currently supports SDU only
. MDU setup will be enabled in an upcoming firmware release planned for May.
📅 Warranty Expiry Visibility
Stay ahead of maintenance and support!
You can now view the warranty expiration date for each charger directly in the portal.
📈 Consumption Now Available for MDU Locations
More insights, now for complex sites too!
Consumption report is now supported for MDU locations, giving you better visibility into energy usage across multi-level installations.

Load balancing diagnostics are now enhanced for SDU sites, bringing them in line with previous MDU improvements.
The cloud collects data from all chargers during diagnostics
Automatically evaluates cloud, RF, and UDP modes
Selects and applies the most suitable load balancing method
This ensures more reliable configurations and optimal performance—without manual guesswork.
