Don't prevent charging when fallback
Why not lower ampere to 7A when fallback so charging can be started at lower effekt.

Display signal strength in Partner app
As an installer i would like to see signal strength for 4G, Wi-Fi and radio in Partner app. This will help to ensure functionality during installation and if to select cloud or local balancing and if Wi-Fi needs to improve for Zen.
